- Once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed
- Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available after delivery
2. Satisfaction Guarantee (Paid Products)
While all digital sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our paid products. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with a paid product (e.g., The Quiet Spark Playbook), you may contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to request a review. Satisfaction guarantee requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and are offered as a goodwill gesture, not a legal entitlement.
This guarantee does not apply to free products, guides, or resources.

TranquiLove offers free resources (such as The Calm-Date Menu) in exchange for your email address. By signing up, you consent to receiving the requested resource and occasional email communications from TranquiLove. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.
